Gratitude Support Group

We offer online, Zoom-based Gratitude Support Groups. Group members meet for 8 weeks (1 hour per week) to learn how to cultivate gratitude and to support each other in the practice of gratitude. Activities include a mix of education, group sharing, group-based gratitude journaling, and other gratitude activities.  If you are interested in joining a group or learning how to facilitate a group, please contact us.
